Payment Methods
We currently accept only credit cards and Apple Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world’s largest global companies. We do not process, store, or receive payment information.

Return Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after you receive your order. You are responsible for any direct costs associated with returning the item.
For hygiene reasons, opened packages cannot be returned. Chocolate boxes cannot be returned due to their short shelf life and susceptibility to contamination.

Contact Us in Case of Problems
If the product has been lost or damaged during shipping, or if it does not otherwise match your order, you must report the issue to our customer service within 14 days. If your shipment is clearly damaged during shipping, please file a claim immediately with the shipping company responsible for that delivery method.
